化学氧化法深度处理印染废水生化出水的研究

采用芬顿+混凝、紫外(UV)/H2O2、臭氧+混凝 3 种氧化体系对印染废水二沉池出水进行深度处理,并对处理效果进行定量分析,结果表明,3 种氧化体系均可将二沉池出水COD的质量浓度降至 30mg/L以下;芬顿+混凝的废水处理费用最低,为3.25 元/t;UV/H2O2 对污染物的去除能力最强,出水COD和TOC的质量浓度分别为19.9 和2 mg/L;臭氧+混凝对色度的去除效果最佳,出水色度仅为 5.6 度.经综合考虑,芬顿+混凝体系更加适宜处理该废水.
Advanced treatment of biochemical effluent from printing and dyeing wastewater by chemical oxidation
Three oxidation systems:Fenton+coagulation,ultraviolet(UV)/H2O2 and ozone+coagulation,were used for advanced treatment of secondary sedimentation tank effluent of printing and dyeing wastewater,and the treatment effect was quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that,the above three oxidation systems could reduce the mass concentration of COD in secondary sedimentation tank effluent to below 30 mg/L,and the wastewater treatment cost of Fenton+coagulation was the lowest,which was 3.25 yuan/t.UV/H2O2 had the strongest pollutant-removing ability,the mass concentrations of COD and TOC were 19.9 and 2 mg/L respective-ly.ozone+coagulation obtained the best colority-removing effect,and the colority of the effluent water was only 5.6 degree.According to the comprehensive consideration,Fenton+coagulation system was more suitable for the said kind of wastewater treatment.
