亲水性超级交联肉桂酸的合成及其对印染废水的吸附研究

为了获得亲水性的超交联聚合物印染废水吸附剂,并探究其吸附效果,在 80℃下,通过傅克烷基化反应,将含有羧基的肉桂酸单体连接成为亲水性超级交联多孔吸附剂,考察了超级交联肉桂酸吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,探究了其吸附规律.结果显示,在室温下(23℃),当pH值为 5.8 时,超级交联肉桂酸多孔吸附剂对175 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附容量为 347.78 mg/g.当吸附剂投加量为0.02 g且在pH值为 10 时吸附容量达到较高水平的 840.55 mg/g.吸附动力学和等温线研究结果表明吸附过程更符合准二阶动力学和Langmuir方程.超级交联肉桂酸具有高吸附容量及良好的亲水性,是一种优异的印染废水吸附剂.
Synthesis of hydrophilic super-crosslinked cinnamic acid and its adsorption performance for printing and dyeing wastewater
In order to obtain a hydrophilic super-crosslinked polymer adsorbent for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment,and explore its adsorption performance,cinnamic acid with a carboxyl group was linked to a hydrophilic super-crosslinked porous adsorbent through Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction at 80℃.The ad-sorption performance and rules of the said super-crosslinked cinnamic acid adsorbent for methylene blue were investigated.The results showed that,under room temperature(23℃),when the pH value was 5.8,the adsorption capacity of the said adsorbent for 175 mg/L methylene blue solution was 347.78 mg/g.When the adsorbent dosage was 0.02 g and the pH value was 10,the adsorption capacity reached a high level of 840.55 mg/g.The re-search results of adsorption kinetics and isotherm showed that,the adsorption process was more consistent with pseudo-second-order equation and Langmuir equation.Super-crosslinked cinnamic acid has high adsorption ca-pacity and good hydrophilicity,which is an excellent adsorbent for printing and dyeing wastewater.
