全膜法在软化水和除盐水制备中的设计与应用

针对国内某化工企业制酸车间锅炉补水及酸洗净化循环水补水的不同水质需求,遵循分级分质、节能降耗的原则设计了一套全膜法水处理系统,软化水和除盐水处理规模分别为 1 440 m3/d和 768 m3/d.对预处理、超滤、反渗透、连续电除盐(EDI)及清洗加药等系统的设计进行了详细地阐述,并对各工艺段进行了为期 30d的运行分析.系统运行结果表明:产水水质满足相关标准要求,工艺设计合理、系统稳定可靠,大幅降低酸碱等药剂的使用和维护频率.系统制备软化水和除盐水的直接成本分别为 1.79 元/m3 和 3.31 元/m3.
Design and application of whole membrane technology in preparation of soften water and desalted water
In view of the different needs of boiler water replenishment and acid pickling purification circu-lating water replenishment in the acid production workshop of a domestic chemical company,a full membrane water treatment system was designed following the principles of classification and quality,energy saving and con-sumption reduction,and the treatment scales of softened water and desalted water are 1 440 m3/d and 768 m3/d respectively.The design of pretreatment,ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis;elecro deionization(EDI),cleaning and dosing,and some other systems was elaborated in detail;besides,a 30-d operation analysis on each work section was carried out.The system operation results showed that,the produced water quality met the requirement of rel-evant standard.The said technology was characterized by reasonable design and stable system stability,which could greatly reduce acid and alkali chemicals consumption and frequency of maintenance.The direct costs of preparing softened water and desalted water by the system were 1.79 and 3.31 yuan/m3 respectively.
