基于曝气生物流化池的化工废水回用处理改造实例

采用曝气生物流化池(ABFT)为核心工艺对某化工厂现有废水处理系统出水进行深度处理,使出水满足生产回用水质要求.该回用改造工程设计处理水量为 360 m3/d,试运行期间,进水COD质量浓度为 52.0~114.0 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为 0.3~1.1 mg/L,TN质量浓度为11.3~32.5 mg/L,改造后ABFT生化处理出水COD平均去除率为 31.8%,氨氮平均去除率 39.3%,TN平均去除率为 60.9%,回用水量达到 50%以上.水处理直接成本为7.95 元/t.回用改造工程实施后,减少了园区外排废水量,为类似化工废水处理改造回用工程提供了参考.
A project example of chemical wastewater reusing treatment based on aeration biological fluidized tank
In order to make the effluent water quality meet the requirement of production reuse,aeration bi-ological fluidized tank(ABFT)was adopted as core process for advanced treatment of effluent water from wastewa-ter treatment system of a chemical plant.The design treatment water quantity of the said reconstruction project was 360 m3/d,during the trial operation period,the mass concentrations of COD,NH3-N and TN in the influent water were 52.0-114.0,0.3-1.1,and 11.3-32.5 mg/L respectively,through the reconstruction,the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TN by ABFT biochemical treatment were 31.8%,39.3%and 60.9%respectively,the reuse water quantity reached above 50%,the direct cost of water treatment was 7.59 yuan/t.The implementation of the reuse and reconstruction project not only reduced the amount of wastewater discharged out-side the industrial park,but also provided reference for similar chemical wastewater treatment reuse and recon-struction projects.
