摘要
某农药生产企业生产灭草松及异丙隆等农药产品,产生的农药废水具有成分复杂、含盐量高、有机物含量高、可生化性较差等特点,处理难度大.采用三效蒸发-水解酸化-UASB厌氧-两级A/O-MBR-深度处理的组合工艺处理.工程运行结果表明,在CODCr质量浓度为 50 000~100 000 mg/L,TN质量浓度为 1 500~2 000 mg/L,TP质量浓度为 100~150 mg/L,含盐量大于 110 000 mg/L的条件下,该废水处理后出水达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中的二级排放标准及企业当地环保要求.
Abstract
A pesticide manufacturing enterprise produces bentazone,isoproturon and some other pesticides,its wastewater has characteristics of complex composition,high salt content,high organic matters content,and poor biodegradability which is hard to be treated.Using combined process of three effect evaporation-hydrolysis acidification-UASB anaerobic-two stage A/O-MBR-advanced treatment to treat the said kind of wastewater,the operation results of the project showed that under the condition that the mass concentrations of CODCr,TN and TP were 50 000-100 000,1 500-2 000,100-150 mg/L respectively,the salt content exceeding 110 000 mg/L,the effluent water quality met the secondary grade standard requirements specified in GB 8918-1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard and local environmental protection requirement.
