焦化废水污染物成分复杂,难生物降解污染物占比大,某工程项目设计采用两级AO-臭氧催化氧化-后置反硝化-BAF工艺处理焦化废水,介绍了该工程的工艺流程及特点、设计参数和运行效果.运行结果表明,在系统来水COD质量浓度为 5 746~7 283 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为 91.4~130.1 mg/L时,处理出水COD质量浓度为40~55 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度小于 2 mg/L,出水稳定达到设计目标,有利于后续膜回用系统的正常运行.
A project example of treatment of coking wastewater by two stage AO-catalytic ozonation-post denitrification-BAF process
Coking wastewater has complex pollutants composition,which contains a large proportion of dif-ficult biodegradable pollutants.Two stage AO-catalytic ozonation-post denitrification-BAF process was adopted in the design of a project treating coking wastewater,the process flow,characteristics,design parameters and op-eration effect of the said project were introduced.The operation results showed that,when the mass concentra-tions of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the influent water of the system were 5 746-7 283 and 91.4-130.1 mg/L respectively,after the treatment,the mass concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 40-55 and lower than 2 mg/L respectively.The effluent water quality was stable and reached the design goal,which was conducive the the normal operation of the subsequent membrane reuse system.
