摘要
采用超声波/Fenton法处理丙烯腈聚合废水,研究了超声波和Fenton法对聚合废水COD的去除效果及影响因素.结果表明:超声波和Fenton法联合处理时对聚合废水COD的去除效果优于超声波或Fenton法单独处理时的效果.利用超声波和Fenton法联合处理聚合废水时,废水初始pH值、H2O2投加量、H2O2投加方式、n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)、超声功率和超声时间均对COD去除效果有一定影响,其最佳处理条件为:超声功率为200 W,废水初始pH值为3.5,H2O2投加量为15mL/L且逐滴滴加,n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)=1∶2,超声处理30 min,该条件下对废水中COD的去除率可达到83%.
Abstract
Ultrasonic/Fenton method was used to treat acrylonitrile polymeric wastewater,the effect of it on COD removal and the influencing factors were studied.The results showed that,the combined process of ultra-sonic and Fenton had a better COD removal effect compared to single ultrasonic or Fenton method.Using ultra-sonic/Fenton method to treat polymeric wastewater,factors such as initial pH value of the wastewater,H2O2 dosage,H2O2 dosing mode,n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2),ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time,had certain influence on COD removal,the optimal treatment condition was:the ultrasonic power was 200 W,the initial pH value of the wastewater was 3.5,dosing 15 mL/L H2O2 drop by drop,n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)=1∶2,the ultrasonic time was 30 min.Under the above condition,the removal rate of COD could reach 83%.
