煤化工废水零排放装置蒸发器长周期运行的探究

为解决某煤化工废水零排放装置蒸发器结垢、不能长周期稳定运行的问题,通过分析来水水质、对比同行业类似蒸发器设计和运行数据,提出改进措施,将两级弱酸阳床改造为弱酸树脂与螯合树脂相结合的离子交换工艺,在反渗透浓水侧增加电除硅除硬设备,拆除蒸发器循环泵出口阀和过滤筛桶,提高进水水温、降低二次蒸汽温度等,最终使蒸发器运行周期由70d延长到120d左右,为该化工企业的安全稳定生产提供了保障.
Study on long period operation of evaporator in zero discharge device of coal chemical wastewater
In order to solve the problems of scaling and cannot maintain long period stable operation,which exposed during the operation of the evaporator in zero discharge device of coal chemical wastewater,through ana-lyzing the inlet water quality,comparing the design and operation data of similar evaporator equipments in the same industry,a series of improvement measures were put forward,which as follows:transforming two-stage weak acid cation bed into ion exchange process combining weak acid resin and chelating resin,adding electric silicon removal and hardness removal equipment to the reverse osmosis concentrated water side,removing outlet valve of the evaporator circulating pump and filter sieve barrel,increasing inlet water temperature and decreasing sec-ondary steam temperature,and so on.After the modification,the operation cycle of the evaporator was extended from 70 d to about 120 d,which provided a guarantee for the safe and stable production of the chemical enter-prise.
