摘要

在石油化工生产中,换热器是系统中重要的组成部分.由于循环冷却水系统长期连续运行,操作管理不当会导致换热器、管道等发生腐蚀,严重的会影响正常工业生产,造成经济损失.以工程实例为基础,结合现场运行操作情况对换热器的腐蚀成因进行分析,并提出相关改进措施和建议.重新启用循环冷却水系统后,换热器无明显腐蚀结垢现象,运行效果良好,为同类项目的运行提供了经验借鉴.

Abstract

In petrochemical production,heat exchanger is an important part of the system.As long-term continuous operation of circulating cooling water system,abnormal operation and management can lead to heat exchanger and pipe corrosion;as severe cases,it can affect normal industrial production and cause economic losses.Based on engineering examples and combined with on-site operational circumstances,the causes of corro-sion in heat exchangers were analyzed with relevant improvement measures and suggestions proposed at the same time.After restart the circulating cooling water system,there was no obvious corrosion or scale formation in the heat exchangers,which showed good operation effect,and provided experience reference for the operation of sim-ilar projects.
