摘要

活性污泥法净化污水过程中,丝状菌的过度生长导致污泥膨胀.利用微生物群体感应机制是控制丝状菌膨胀的一种新兴策略.介绍了丝状菌膨胀的控制策略及微生物群体感应的作用机制,综述了群体感应与群体淬灭控制丝状菌膨胀的研究进展,分析了其影响因素并提出未来研究方向,为控制丝状菌污泥膨胀提供一种新的理论思路.

Abstract

During the process of sewage purification by activated sludge method,overgrowth of filamentous bacteria always causes sludge bulking.Utilizing microbial quorum sensing mechanism is an emerging strategy for filamentous sludge bulking control.The control strategies for filamentous bacteria bulking and the mechanisms of microbial quorum sensing were introduced;the research progress of filamentous bacteria bulking control by quorum sensing and quorum quenching was elaborated with its influencing factors analyzed at the same time.The future research direction of the said technology was pointed out,which provided a new theoretical approach for filamentous sludge bulking control.
