优化絮凝对TOC去除效果及电厂蒸汽品质控制作用

以北江水作为原水,探讨了优化絮凝工艺在去除原水总有机碳(TOC)方面的效率,并评估了其对热电厂补给水TOCi及蒸汽氢电导率的控制效果.研究发现,通过调整聚合氯化铝(PAC)和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的最佳投加量至14mg/L和0.4mg/L,TOC去除率可显著提升至45%,且通过及时排泥,可进一步协同提升其去除率至50%.此外,优化后的絮凝工艺使锅炉补给水TOCi降低约50 μg/L,有效改善了蒸汽的氢电导率.
Effect of optimized flocculation on TOC removal and steam quality control in power plants
Taking water from Beijiang river as the raw water,the efficiency of optimized flocculation process on total organic carbon(TOC)removal was discussed,and the control effect of the said process on TOCi and steam hydrogen conductivity of the make-up water of power plants were evaluated.It was found that,through adjusting the dosage of PAC and PAM to 14 and 0.4 mg/L respectively,the removal rate of TOC could be significantly increased to 45%,and then further increased to 50%through discharging sludge timely.In addition,the optimized flocculation process reduced the TOCi of the boiler feedwater by about 50 µg/L,which effectively improved the steam hydrogen conductivity.
