Application of segmented large reflux DTRO system in mine water treatment
In view of the problems commonly existed in the operation process of disk tube reverse osmosis(DTRO)system such as:serious membrane fouling and plugging, water production imbalance, high energy con-sumption,poor equipment stability and so on,optimization design of segmented large reflux and pressurization between segments, was adopted to enhance the resistance ability of the membrane to fouling and plugging, and improve the operational reliability of the system. The operation results of the project showed that, the desalination rate of the segmented large reflux DTRO device was above 99%,the recovery rate reached 50%,and the salt content of the produced concentrated water was above 100 g/L.The overall work of the system was stable, and there would be no obvious membrane fouling and plugging and water yield decline during continuous long time operation, the problems of system output and membrane flux decline caused by membrane fouling, were well solved. The operation step sequence and the cleaning scheme of the DTRO system were optimized and analyzed with reasonable suggestions put forward at the same time.
