某区域污水管网提质增效改造工程实践

随着城市化进程加快,城镇排水管网的提质增效改造成为解决城市水环境问题的关键.以云南省宣威市老城区污水管网提质增效改造项目为例,探讨了城市老城区排水管道改造的技术路线和实践效果.首先,针对老城区管网错综复杂、信息缺失、污水处理厂进水浓度低、管网高水位运行等问题,提出了针对性的技术解决路线,通过绘图、检测、排查等措施结合人工普查及校核,建立了排水管网电子数据,对发现的问题进行归类形成问题清单.之后,通过实施改造工程,有效提高了污水收集率,全面提升现有排水管网的收集效能.对于重点区域污水直排口和错混接问题进行分型,对外水入侵进行了定量测算,并对各问题制定改造方案.通过区域改造工程,减少旱季生活污水排放入河量3 500 m3/d,提高了重点治理区域的污水收集率,减少管网内水量水质波动.
Practice of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement project for sewage pipe network in a certain area
With the acceleration of urbanization,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of urban drainage pipe networks has become the key to solving urban water environmental issues.Taking the quality im-provement and efficiency enhancement project of the sewage pipe network in the old urban districts of Xuanwei city in Yunnan province as an example,the technical route and practical effects of the renovation of urban old district drainage pipelines were discussed.Firstly,in response to the complex network of old urban districts,lack of information,low influent concentration of the sewage treatment plant,and high water level operation of the network,a targeted technical solution route was proposed.Through mapping,inspection,investigation and some other measures combined with manual surveys and verifications,an electronic data set of the drainage network was established,and the identified problems were categorized into a problem list.After that,through the imple-mentation of the renovation project,the sewage collection rate was effectively improved,and the collection effi-ciency of the existing drainage pipe network was comprehensively enhanced.For key areas with direct discharge of sewage and pipes misconnection,the problems were classified,and the invasion of external water was quantita-tively calculated,and renovation plans were formulated for each problem.Through the regional renovation project,the dry season sewage discharge was reduced by 3 500 m3/d,the collection rate of sewage in the key management areas was improved,and the water quantity and quality fluctuations within the network were reduced.
