磷酸铁废水资源回收工程实例

针对某新能源企业磷酸铁废水杂质离子多、氨氮和总磷浓度高等特点,设计采用氨水沉淀除杂-膜分离-MVR蒸发分盐结晶组合工艺进行资源化回收,回收回用水和废水中的硫酸铵及磷酸一铵.运行结果表明,预处理过程总铁去除率大于99.5%,Mn2+去除率大于99%,膜浓水的硫酸铵质量浓度大于160 000 mg/L,副产品硫酸铵质量符合GB/T 535-2020《肥料级硫酸铵》中Ⅰ型指标要求,磷酸一铵质量符合GB/T 10205-2009《磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵》中粉末磷酸一铵传统法一等品指标要求,每吨废水资源化回收处理净收益约为9.8元.
An example of iron phosphate wastewater resource recovery project
According to the characteristics of the iron phosphate wastewater from a new energy enterprise such as high impurity ions content,high ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations and so on,a combined process of ammonia precipitation impurity removal-membrane separation-MVR evaporation salt crys-tallization was adopted for resource recovery,ammonium sulfate and monoammonium phosphate in reclaimed wa-ter and wastewater were recycled.The operation results indicated that,through pretreatment,the removal rates of total ions and Mn2+were above 99.5%and 99%respectively,the mass concentration of ammonium sulfate in the membrane concentrated water was above 160 000 mg/L,the quality of the byproduct ammonium sulfate satisfied the type Ⅰ index requirements of GB/T 535-2020 Fertilizer grade ammonium sulphate,the quality of monoam-monium phosphate met the index requirements of traditional top quality goods of powder monoammonium phos-phate in GB/T 10205-2009 Monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate,the net income of ton wastewater recycling treatment was about 9.8 yuan.
