针对中药制药废水污染物浓度高,可生化性较差的特点,设计采用铁碳微电解-IC-AO组合工艺进行处理.运行结果表明,中药制药废水的COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TP的质量浓度分别从9437.5、1 524.5、562.0、64.6、15.5 mg/L 下降至 285.0、86.0、48.3、15.0、1.5 mg/L,去除率分别达到 96.98%、94.36%、91.41%、76.78%、90.32%,出水稳定达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》三级排放标准和工业园区污水处理厂接管标准限值要求.
Treatment of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing wastewater by iron carbon microelectrolysis-IC-AO process
As pharmaceutical manufacturing wastewater is characterized by high pollutants concentration and poor biodegradability,microelectrolysis-IC-AO process was adopted for its treatment.The operation results of the project showed that,the mass concentrations of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N and TP in Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing wastewater decreased from 9437.5,1524.5,562.0,64.6 and 15.5 mg/L respectively to 285.0,86.0,48.3,15.0 and 1.5 mg/L respectively,the removal rates reached 96.98%,94.36%,91.41%,76.78%and 90.32%respectively.The effluent water quality was stable and met the requirement of grade 3 in GB 8978-1996 Com-prehensive wastewater discharge standard and the limiting value of the industrial park sewage treatment plant takeover standard.
