A project example of upgrading and reconstruction of tungsten smelting wastewater treatment system
In view of the characteristics of tungsten smelting wastewater such as:high salinity,COD and ammonia nitrogen-containing,relatively complex quality, and so on,a combined process of pretreatment defluori-nation-electrochemical COD and ammonia nitrogen removal-nanocrystalline magnetic sedimentation, was adopted for its treatment. The operation results of the project showed that, the mass concentrations of COD,NH3-N,and fluoride decreased from 350-400,50-80 and 100-150 mg/L respectively to 20-50,below 5,5-8 mg/L respec-tively.The effluent water quality met the requirement of level B grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant, and can be discharged directly.
