脱硫废水一步法高效絮凝预处理技术应用研究

针对我国燃煤电厂烟气脱硫废水预处理工艺流程长、药剂种类多、设备多、占地面积大、工程投资高、处理效果差、产水水质不稳定等缺点,开发了"一步法"高效絮凝预处理工艺,以及与之配套的可直接投加的粉体高效絮凝剂,并进行了中水、脱硫废水"一步法"高效絮凝预处理试验研究和工程应用.结果表明,在快速混凝搅拌速率为90r/min,水力停留时间为5 min;絮凝反应搅拌速率为60r/min,水力停留时间为30 min;澄清时间为60 min的工艺条件下,处理后出水水质各项指标均可满足DL/T 997-2020《燃煤电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫废水水质控制指标》污染物排放标准要求.所形成絮体密实,便于脱水干化,脱水泥饼含水率满足GB/T 23485-2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置混合填埋用泥质》用作混合填埋时不得高于60%的要求,脱水泥饼毒性浸出指标满足GB 5085.3-2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》标准规定的限值."一步法"工艺通过简化处理流程,显著减少了所需设备的体积和数量,进而降低了工程投资、系统能耗以及运维成本.为燃煤电厂脱硫废水的高效、经济、环保处理提供了切实可行的解决方案.
Research on application of"one-step"high efficiency flocculation technology for desulfurization wastewater pretreatment
In response to the disadvantages of the traditional coal-fired power plant flue gas desulfurization wastewater pretreatment process,such as:long process flow,multiple types of chemicals,numerous equipments,large occupation area,high engineering investment,poor treatment effect,and unstable water quality,a"one-step"high efficiency flocculation pretreatment process and the corresponding powdered high efficiency flocculant were developed.A test on the"one-step"high efficiency flocculation pretreatment of reclaimed water and flue gas desulfurization wastewater was studied with the engineering application carried out at the same time.The results showed that under the conditions of a fast mixing stirring speed of 90 r/min,hydraulic retention time of 5 min-utes;flocculation reaction stirring speed of 60 r/min,hydraulic retention time of 30 min;and clarification time of 60 minutes,the water quality after treatment was stable,and all indicators could stably met the pollutants dis-charge requirements of DUT 997-2020 Water quality control standard of wastewater from lime stone-gyp sum wet flue gas desulfurization system in coal-fired power plant.The formed flocs were compact,making it easy to dehy-drate and dry,and the moisture content of the dehydrated mud cake met the requirement of not higher than 60%in GB/T 23485-2009 Disposal of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant-Quality of sludge for co-landfilling,the toxic leaching index of the dehydrated mud cake met the limit value stipulated in GB 5085.3-2007 Identification standards for hazardous wastes-Identification for extraction toxicity.The"one-step"process has significantly reduced the volume and number of required equipments by simplifying the treatment process,thereby greatly reducing the engineering investment,system energy consumption,and operating and maintenance costs,which provides a feasible solution for efficient,economic and environmental protection treatment of desul-furization wastewater from coal-fired power plant.
