对某化工园区污水收集系统进行规范化建设,采用"一企一管,明管带压输送"的方式,解决现有埋地污水管网老旧、破损、错接,企业污水偷排漏排、无法监测管控等问题."一企一管"污水收集系统使各企业污水经压力明管单独输送至污水处理厂,消除地埋排水管网污染隐患,从而保障污水处理厂的稳定达标运行.在线监测系统能够实时监测与管控企业排水水质、水量,从源头上遏制环境污染问题,改善园区生态环境,为园区绿色发展及智慧管理提供保障与支持.
Design of"one enterprise one pipe"sewage collection and monitoring system in a chemical industrial park
The standardized construction of the sewage collection system of a chemical industrial park adopts the method of"one enterprise one pipe,open pipe with pressure transportation"to solve the problems of the existing buried sewage pipe network,such as old,damaged,misconnected,enterprise sewage illegal discharge and leakage,unable to monitor or control,and so on.The"one enterprise one pipe"sewage collection system en-ables the sewage of each enterprise to be separately transported to the sewage treatment plant through the pres-sure open pipe,eliminates the hidden danger of buried drainage pollution,so as to ensure the stable operation of the sewage treatment plant to meet the standard.The online monitoring system can monitor and control the drainage water quality and quantity of enterprises in real time,curb environmental pollution from the source,im-prove the ecological environment of the chemical industrial park,and provide guarantee and support for the green development and intelligent management of the chemical industrial park.
