Causes analysis and solutions for ultrafiltration membrane fouling in coal chemical wastewater treatment system
To address the problem of ultrafiltration membrane fouling in a coal chemical wastewater treat-ment system,according to the analysis of the ultrafiltration influent water quality,operating conditions and mem-brane materials,the fouling was classified into the following four types:organic pollution,inorganic pollution,bi-ological pollution and colloidal pollution.Combined with the actual operation situation,a series of effective mem-brane cleaning methods and preventive measures such as optimizing the pretreatment process and operating pa-rameters,selecting pollution-resistant membrane materials and implementing online monitoring and control,were proposed.These preventive measures obviously improve the operational efficiency and prolong the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane system,which guarantee the stable operation of the wastewater treatment system.
