In order to solve the problems of untimely water quality detection and unflexible drug addition,automatic drug dosing control system mainly using fluorescent tracer method was adopted in the circulating cooling water system of a company.Through the operation verification of the circulating cooling water system A,it was found that,the fluctuation of the control indictors such as conductivity and pH value of the circulating cooling water system of the company were significantly improved compared to the situation before automatic drug dosing adopted,the qualification rate of pH value rose from 50％to 92.9％,and the conductivity qualification rate rose form 42.8％to 95.2％.The stability of the water quality guarateed the high-load stable operation of the main devices,and reduced the subsequent maintenance cost as well.At the same time,due to the reduction of the dosage of sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite,the company can save about 125 000 yuan in drug fees every year,the eco-nomic benefit is significant.
