自动加药控制系统在循环冷却水系统中的应用

为解决水质检测不及时、加药量无法灵活控制的问题,某公司循环冷却水系统引入了以荧光示踪法为主的自动加药控制系统.经过对循环冷却水系统A进行运行验证,发现电导率、pH值等控制指标较引入自动加药控制系统前的大幅波动情况改善明显,pH值合格率从50%上涨至92.9%,电导率合格率从42.8%上涨至95.2%,稳定的水质既保证了主装置能够高负荷稳定运行,又减少了后期检修成本.同时,硫酸、次氯酸钠等加药量的减少使得每年可节约药剂费约12.5万元,经济效益显著.
Application of automatic drug dosing control system in circulating cooling water system
In order to solve the problems of untimely water quality detection and unflexible drug addition,automatic drug dosing control system mainly using fluorescent tracer method was adopted in the circulating cooling water system of a company.Through the operation verification of the circulating cooling water system A,it was found that,the fluctuation of the control indictors such as conductivity and pH value of the circulating cooling water system of the company were significantly improved compared to the situation before automatic drug dosing adopted,the qualification rate of pH value rose from 50%to 92.9%,and the conductivity qualification rate rose form 42.8%to 95.2%.The stability of the water quality guarateed the high-load stable operation of the main devices,and reduced the subsequent maintenance cost as well.At the same time,due to the reduction of the dosage of sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite,the company can save about 125 000 yuan in drug fees every year,the eco-nomic benefit is significant.
