网格絮凝双层斜管沉淀池工业化应用研究

某电厂采用网格絮凝沉淀池对循环冷却水补充水进行除浊处理,为解决因受场地限制沉淀池液面负荷过高,超出规范要求的问题,通过在沉淀池内多增加1层直径50mm、斜长0.5 m的斜管,构成网格絮凝双层斜管沉淀池结构,在起到双重固液分离作用的同时,延长了水力停留时间,悬浮物理论计算去除率可提高4.27%.实际投运后,产水浊度稳定在5NTU以下,吨水药剂费用为0.29元.但其存在下层斜管积泥冲洗不便的问题,建议后续项目建设网格絮凝双层斜管沉淀池时将下层斜管调整为斜板,同时配置自动冲洗设施.
Industrial application of grid flocculation double-layer inclined pipe sedimentation tank
A power plant used grid flocculation sedimentation tank to remove turbidity from make-up water of circulating cooling water system,for the purpose of solving the problem of too high liquid level load which can not meet the code requirement due to space restriction,by adding an additional layer of inclined pipes with a di-ameter of 50 mm and a diagonal length of 0.5 m in the sedimentation tank,a grid flocculation double-layer in-clined pipe sedimentation tank structure was formed,which not only achieved dual solid-liquid separation,but also extended hydraulic retention time,the theoretical calculation of suspended solids removal rate could be in-creased by 4.27%.After actual operation,the turbidity of the produced water remained stable below 5 NTU,and the cost per ton of water treatment chemicals was 0.29 yuan.However,there is a problem of inconvenient flush-ing of sediment in the lower inclined pipes,it is recommended to adjust the lower inclined pipes to inclined plates and configure automatic flushing facilities to solve this provlem when constructing grid flocculation dou-ble-layer inclined pipe sedimentation tanks in future projects.
