Debugging and resin regeneration of condensate polishing treatment system in thermal power plant
Condensate polishing debugging is an essential step of new-built thermal power plant before it go into production.The overview of the condensate polishing treatment system for a 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit in the first phase of a thermal power plant was briefly described,the attention points during the process of high speed mixed bed debugging and resin regeneration were explored and discussed in depth.Besides,the parti-cle size control,separation flow control,inlet flow ratio,end-point judgment and matters needing attention in re-generation during the resin separation transmission process were analyzed in detail,and then,the operation of the resin regeneration system was optimized.The results showed that,the equipment runs normally after debugging,which could ensure the long-term,safe and economical operation of the condensate polishing treatment system.
