某污水处理厂氧化沟原位提标扩容改造设计

广东省某污水处理厂提标扩容改造工程要求处理规模由6 × 104m3/d扩容至10× 104m3/d,出水标准由GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级B标准提升至准V类地表水标准,且项目改扩建过程需不影响污水处理厂正常运行.受场地限制,该工程采用高浓度复合粉末载体生物流化床技术(HPB技术)强化现有微曝氧化沟,实现生化系统原位提标扩容,同时新建磁混凝沉淀池-反硝化深床滤池深度处理工艺,达到提标扩容目标.在对生化系统施工时序进行优化后,实现了不停水改造.改造后氧化沟运行稳定,氧化沟出水ρ(COD)≤21.86 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)≤ 0.5 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤9.82 mg/L,厂区出水稳定达到设计出水排放标准.
Design of oxidation ditch in-situ upgrading and expansion project of a sewage treatment plant
The scale of a sewage treatment plant in Guangdon province was expanded from 6 × 104 m3/d to 10 × 104 m3/d,the effluent standard has been upgraded from the level B grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant to the quasi-V class discharge standards of sur-face water.The upgrading and expansion project will not affect the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant.Limited by the site,HPB technology was used to strengthen the existing micro-aeration oxidation ditch,re-alize the in-situ upgrading and expansion of the biological system,and advanced treatment process of magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank-denitrification deep bed filter was built.The renovation without water suspension was realized after optimizing the construction time sequence of the biochemical system.After the reconstruction,the oxidation ditch run stably,the mass concentrations of COD,NH3-N and TN in the effluent water of the oxi-dation ditch were not above 21.86,0.5,and 9.82 mg/L respectively,which showed that the effluent water quality stably met the designed discharge standard.
