IC厌氧-两级AO工艺处理白酒废水工程实例

针对白酒废水中有机物含量高、可生化性较好、色度高、悬浮物浓度高等特点,某企业设计采用IC厌氧-两级AO-深度处理组合工艺进行处理,工程运行结果表明,在综合废水进水ρ(CODCr)≤ 11 750 mg/L、ρ(BOD5)≤5 875 mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)≤ 60mg/L,处理后出水ρ(CODCr)≤ 30mg/L、ρ(BOD5)≤ 6mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)≤1.5 mg/L,满足GB 3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》中Ⅳ类标准要求,其他指标满足GB/T 18920-2020《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》中城市绿化及道路清扫水质要求.
Project example of liquor wastewater treatment by IC anaerobic-two stage AO process
In view of the characteristics of liquor wastewater such as high organic matters content,good biodegradability,high chroma,high suspend substance concentration,and so on,a combined process of IC anaer-obic-two stage AO-advanced treatment was adopted by an enterprise for the said kind of wastewater treatment.The project operation results showed that,when mass concentrations of COD,BOD5,NH3-N were not above 11 750,5 875,60 mg/L respectively,the corresponding indexes of the effluent water were not above 30,6 and 1.5 mg/L respectively,which met the requirement of class Ⅳ in GB 3838-2002 Environmental quality standards for sur-face water,other indexes met the water quality standard for urban greening and road cleaning as outlined in GB/T 18920-2020 The reuse of urban recycling water-water quality standard for urban miscellaneous use.
