摘要
目的:了解贵阳市云岩区中学生健康素养现状及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取贵阳市云岩区1903名中学生进行调查,调查内容包括学生及学生父母的人口学特征,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能3个方面,涉及科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息6类健康问题,计算被调查中学生具备健康素养的比例,使用非条件Logistic多因素回归方法分析健康素养水平的影响因素。结果:被调查的贵阳市云岩区中学生具备健康素养的比例仅为7.3%,具备3个方面健康素养中学生的比例由高到低分别为健康技能素养(30.0%)、健康生活方式与行为(23.3%)及基本知识和理念(5.9%);具备6类健康问题健康素养中学生的比例由高到低分别为安全与急救(46.1%)、科学健康观(40.6%)、健康信息(25.7%)、基本医疗(24.2%)、传染病预防(21.3%)及慢性病防治(12.2%);多因素Logis-tic回归分析结果显示,健康教育课程、自评学习成绩及父亲文化程度是中学生健康素养水平的影响因素。结论:云岩区中学生健康素养水平较低,健康教育课程、自评学习成绩及父亲文化程度是其影响因素。
Abstract
Objective:To understand the status of middle school students′health literacy in Yunyan district of Guiyang,and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods:By using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,1 903 students from Yunyan District of Guiyang city were investigated. The survey contents included democratic characteristics of students and their parents,basic knowledge and concept,healthy living style and behavior,and health skills,as well as 6 kinds of health issues,which were scientific view of health,prevention and treatment for infectious diseases,prevention and treat-ment for chronic diseases,safety and first-aid,basic medical and health information. The ratio of students with health literacy was calculated and the influencing factors were analyzed with non-condi-tional Logistic multi-factor regression analysis. Results:Among the middle school students in Yunyan district of Guiyang,the proportion with health literacy was 7. 3%,the proportion rank of knowledge from high to low was:health skills(30. 0%),health living style and behavior(23. 3%),and basic knowledge and concept(5. 9%),and the proportion rank of health issues from high to low was:safety and first aid( 46 . 1%),scientific view of health( 40 . 6%),health information( 25 . 7%),primary medical treatment(24. 2%),prevention of infectious diseases(21. 3%),and prevention of chronic diseases(12. 2%). Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that health education curriculum, self-rated academic achievement and father′s educational level were the influencing factors of health lit-eracy level of middle school students. Conclusions:The health literacy level of middle school students in Yunyan district of Guiyang city is very low,and school,family and society should take various measures to raise the level.
