Objective To analyze the curative effect of alteplase thrombolysis combined with butyrophthalide softgel capsulesin the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and the effect of improving quality of life after illness.Methods A total of 80 patients with ACI were randomly divided into the reference group(40 cases)andthe experimental group(40 cases)after emergency admission,and the reference group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis of alepplase after the disease was diagnosed,and the intravenous thrombolysis of alteplase+butyranphthalide softgelsweretaken in the experimental group.The neurological function of the patients was assessed by the NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)at admission and 6 and 12 days after treatment.The values of interleukin6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),and fibrinogen(FiB)in both groups were measured at admission and 12 days after treatment.Barthelindex of ADL was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups and the modified RANKIN Scale(mRS)was used toassess the prognosis of the two groups at admission and 12 days after treatment.Results After treatment,the neurological impairment ofthepatients was improved,and the NIHSS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group 6 and 12 days after treatment(all P＜0.05);12 days after treatment,the blood IL-6,CRP were lower than those in the reference group in the same period(all P＜0.05);12 days after treatment,the scores of mRS scales in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group in the same period(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalein softgel capsules can improve the quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
