Da-wu-liang Song Festival of Dong people falls on March 3rd according to Chinese lunar calendar,which is one of the important folk activities of the Dong ethnic group,and it is also a typical case with distinct ethnic and regional characteristics under the concept of sound landscape.The sound landscape in the villages of Dong people is integrated with natural and cultural land-scapes with unique ethnic and folk characteristics.The sound landscapes reflect the features of the traditional music and the moder-nity in performance.The sound landscapes are created by integrating the traditional and modern features that complement with the cultural tourism and thus they together form a harmonious coexistence in the construction of the local culture.
