Construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area:Analysis of status quo,challenges and paths
In today's international economic development,the Bay Area occupies a pivotal position,and the Bay Area economy is an important support that leads the economic development of a country and even affects the entire world economy.Developing the economy of the Bay Area is a powerful means to promote the economic growth of cities and even the country.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Ma-cao Greater Bay Area has innate foundations and advantages,but there are also new challenges and barriers.Based on the economic foundation and status quo of the Greater Bay Area,by comparing the development experience with the other three major bay areas in the world.This paper will analyze the advantages and existing challenges,respectively in terms of system and mechanism innovation;pro-moting education talent innovation;how to promote the integration of industry,academia and research within the Bay Area;how to give full play to the role of Hong Kong's"super contact";the identity of the Bay Area and how to explore new governance models in the post-epidemic era,etc.The Guang-dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area provides certain theoretical guidance for building a world-class bay area and a world-class city cluster.
