摘要

本文提出一种以废弃地沟油、水煤浆、不同煤样以及各种添加剂为原料制备地沟油水煤浆的方法.通过实验优化得到稳定的添加剂配方:单甘脂(30%),司盘20(45%),CMC(3%),黄原胶(2%),十二烷基苯磺酸钠(20%).然后利用这组配方以地沟油、水煤浆和不同煤粉为原料制备地沟油水煤浆,并研究其稳定性和燃烧性.结果表明:无烟煤①和红旗烟煤表现较好,具有较高的热值和稳定性,制备出的产品具有高稳定性、粒度细、灰分低、热值高的特点,可用于水煤浆点火、代替柴油用于柴油机以及各种小型燃油锅炉,是一种应用前景广阔的新能源.

Abstract

A method of producing ditch oil and coal water mixture was presented, the raw materials were abandon ditch oil, coal water mixture, different coal samples and various additives in this paper.Through the optimization we obtained stable additive formulation: monoglyceride (30%), span 20 (45%), CMC (3%), xanthan gum (2%) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (20%).Then used this formulation, the materials were ditch oil, coal water mixture and different coal samples, to produce the mixture, and the mixture stability and combustion were studied.It showed that anthracite () and Hongqi coal performance were better, with higher calorific value and stability.The products had high stability, , fine granularity, low ash content and high calorific value.Those were coal water mixture ignition, instead of diesel oil for diesel engine and a variety of small oil fired boiler, which was a new energy applied prospects broadly.
