Species Identification of AM Fungal Spores from Dual Culture System
Dual culture system between the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and hairy root of tobacco was established and pure AM fungi spores were obtained. Morphological method and Nested PCR technology were used to identify its regenerated spores. The results show that the spores were identified as Gigaspora margarita by the following two methods, morphological identification and molecular phylogenetic analysis of AML1-AML2 region sequence of 18S rDNA.
