Research on the Behavioral Willingness of Social Capital to Participate in the Old Communities Renovation——Based on the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior
Fundraising has become an important factor in the sustainable development of old communities renovation.In response to the problem of low enthusiasm of social capital in participating in old communities,this article is based on the theory of planned behavior,and introduces two variables of government and residents to study the willingness of social capital to participate in old communities renovation.The structural equation model is used to analyze the influencing factors and their mechanisms of action.Research has shown that both behavioral attitude and perceived behavioral control directly and positively affect behavioral intention;and it plays a mediating role in the influence of government and residents'factors on behavioral willingness,thereby affecting their willingness to participate.
