Research on the Establishment of Visual Simulation Early Warning System for Shield Tunnel Construction
In order to achieve effective comparison between construction monitoring information and construction simulation information and solve the problem of safety monitoring of dynamic adjustment of shield construction parameters.Firstly,we used the settlement control value as the basis and determines the reasonable range of shield parameters through finite element simulation,thereby determining the settlement theoretical value;Secondly,a simulation-based early warning system controlled by both the theoretical value of settlement and the control value of settlement was established;Finally,Dynamo was used to realize the combination of digital and model and the visual expression of monitoring information.The results show that the dynamic control of shield construction parameters was solved by the combination of simulation and early warning;the problem of efficient real-time visualization of monitoring information was solved by the combination of digital and model of monitoring information.The research results should provide an efficient monitoring method for shield tunnel construction monitoring.
