人工智能赋能老年教育:角色、挑战与路径

人工智能以其强大而又独特的优势,逐步扮演起变革者、管理者和评价者的角色,并与老年教育初步融合,探索形成了老年教育学习网、老年大学 5G智慧校园、智慧养老社区等发展模式.然而,人工智能宛如达摩克利斯之剑,也使老年教育面临诸多风险挑战:"唯技术主义"引发老年教育价值取向偏差位移;"信息茧房"导致老年教育内容汲取同质单一;"智能鸿沟"致使老年教育质量效果降低削弱;"机制缺位"制约老年教育发展布局长久有效.人工智能赋能老年教育是一项战略性、长期性、系统性的综合工程,理应通过优化智能技术、加大资源供给、提升智能素养、构建统筹机制等路径释放叠加效应,增强老年人的获得感、成就感和满足感.
Enabling Elderly Education with Artificial Intelligence:Roles,Challenges,and Pathways
Artificial Intelligence(AI)has gradually played the roles of change agent,manager,and evaluator due to its powerful and unique advantages.It has been initially integrated with elderly education,leading to the exploration of development models such as elderly education learning networks,5G smart campuses for elderly universities,and smart elderly care communities.However,AI also poses various risks and challenges to elderly education:the deviation of value orientation caused by"technocentrism",the homogenization of educational content due to"information bubbles",the reduction in quality and effectiveness of elderly education resulting from the"intelligence gap",and the long-term effectiveness of elderly education development constrained by"mechanism absence".Enabling elderly education with AI is a strategic,long-term,and systematic comprehensive project.It should release superimposed effects through optimizing intelligent technology,increasing resource supply,enhancing intelligent literacy,and constructing coordinated mechanisms to enhance the sense of gain,achievement,and satisfaction among the elderly.
