Research on Constructing Key Index and Scale Development for Deep Learning Evaluation in Skill Field——Taking Virtual Simulation Learning in Aircraft Maintenance as an Example
Students'proactive and deep learning facilitates their professional skill improvement,and teaching quality evaluation is an important component of vocational skills teaching.Deep learning theory can support theoretically and practically technology-supported professional skill teaching and evaluation.This study takes the virtual simulation teaching of Aircraft Maintenance as an example,and uses methods like expert interview and Delphi expert consultation to help construct a key evaluation index system for deep-learning-oriented aircraft maintenance skill learning,which is built on the cognition-behavior-emotion framework,including transfer application,analytical judgment,active collaborative learning,critical reflection,generating lasting interest,and internalizing professional values.This study then reviews other deep-learning related scales,and the ability requirements of aircraft maintenance personnel,and redesigns the scale items.The results of reliability and validity tests show that the scale is good for for subsequent teaching practices.
