Exploring Vocational Colleges'Approaches to Serving Community Education from Perspective of Ecosystem Theory——Case Study of Program of Community Education+Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance in a Higher Vocational College
The new era necessitates higher vocational colleges shouldering their historical responsibilities to serve the community education.This paper borrows insights from Ecosystem Theory to elaborate a college's Program of Community Education+Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance.The paper analyzes the program's model,contents and effects,and discusses its problems.In terms of macro,meso and micro system respectively,governmental top-level support,internal momentum,and school resources are inadequate.In light of Ecosystem Theory,the paper proposes some solutions for higher vocational colleges to serve better the community education,like promoting inter-stakeholder collaboration,perfecting top-level design,strengthening inter-partner communication and interaction,multiplying resourcing channels,and so on.
