随着数字化时代的到来,职业教育正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战.在新的教育环境下,教师作为教育工作的主体,其专业能力的发展显得尤为重要.如何应对数字化时代的挑战,提升教师的专业能力,是当前职业教育领域亟待解决的问题.本文旨在通过对职业院校教师专业能力的研究,探讨数字化时代下,职业院校教师专业能力发展的需求、挑战,并提出对应的发展路径,以期为职业教育数字化转型背景下职业院校教师专业能力的发展提供借鉴.
The Development of Professional Capabilities of Vocational College Teachers in the Digital Age:Needs,Challenges,and Pathways
With the advent of the digital age,vocational education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In the new educational environment,the development of teachers'professional capabilities is particularly important,who are one of the main agents of educational work.How to respond to the challenges of the digital age and enhance teachers'professional capabilities is an urgent issue to be addressed in the field of vocational education at present.This article aims to study the professional capabilities of teachers in vocational colleges,explore the needs and challenges of the development of teachers'professional capabilities in vocational colleges under the digital age,and propose corresponding development pathways,in order to provide a reference for the development of teachers'professional capabilities in vocational colleges against the backdrop of digital transformation in vocational education.
