Analysis of Topic Selection in Education Professional Degree Cases——Based on the Content Analysis of 722 Teaching Cases in the China Education Professional Degree Case Database
This study takes 722 teaching cases from the China Professional Degree Case Center's Education Professional Degree Case Database as the research object.Utilizing Python and ATLAS.ti and based on content analysis,it provides an overall overview and specific analysis of their topic selection.The results reveal a diverse distribution of professional fields in the cases,with subject teaching and educational management having the largest proportion;topic selection centers around"teaching",exhibiting three major thematic characteristics:"teaching,teachers,students";the cases in the database can be categorized into three dimensions:teacher development,classroom teaching,and school management.From this,the study concludes with suggestions for future case topic selection:to align with policy direction,explore cutting-edge themes of the era;root in practice to seek growth points for educational cases;clarify scope to focus research topics;encourage interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
