Design Research on the Evaluation Index System of the"Three Types and Four Stages"Municipal Training Projects in Guangzhou
With the introduction of the"Implementation Opinions on the Construction of the 14th Five-Year Plan Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training System in Guangzhou",the teacher training system for primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou should encompass four stages of professional development cycles for three types of teachers.Training should be precisely classified,phased and stratified according to the characteristics of different development stages of different types of teachers.Therefore,it is urgent to construct an evaluation index system with Guangzhou characteristics for the"Three Types and Four Stages"progressive training projects.Using the widely applied CIPP evaluation model and Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model as the basic frameworks and the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process as the fundamental research methods,this research comprehensively establishes an evaluation index system for municipal training projects in Guangzhou,which includes six first-level indicators such as background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,training effect,learning effect,application effect,nineteen second-level indicators like training needs analysis,and eighty third-level indicators.The establishment of this evaluation index system is of great significance to the reconstruction of Guangzhou primary and secondary school teacher training system and the formation of brand effect and demonstration effect with Guangzhou characteristics.
