教育是一个系统工程,离不开学校、家庭和社会的共同努力.结合开放大学的办学特色,以番禺电大为例,探索"一核四联N径"的"校家社"协同育人模式.通过构建长效机制、夯实专家队伍、拓展内容体系、创新协同模式等路径,构建"校家社"协同育人教育新生态,并基于实践过程中的困难,提出家庭教育指导服务的优化策略.
Exploring Practice of School-Family-Community-Based Collaborative Education in Open University——A Case Study of Panyu District Radio and Television University
Education is a systematic project that cannot be achieved without the collective efforts of schools,families,and society.This article documents Panyu District Radio and Television University's effort in exploring their characteristics as an Open University to develop a One Core,Four Links,N Paths model serving school-family-community-based collaborative education,which is achieved by establishing long-term mechanisms,strengthening expert teams,and expanding content systems.The article then reviews problems in the practice,and proposes strategies to further family education guidance services.
