Research on Integration Strategies of Red Resources and Ideological and Political Education in Rural Grassroots Cadres——A Case Study of Yangcheng Village Officials Attending University Project in Guangzhou
This paper reviews current research on college students,and proposes integrating red resources into the ideological and political education in rural grassroots cadres.The paper makes an analysis of Project of Yangcheng Village Officials Attending University in Guangzhou,and reveals their needs for ideological and political education,and the value of red resources,while pointing out challenges in terms of educational contents,subjects,and methods.The practices of Guangzhou Open University provide a reference to innovate this education.The paper proposes that to promote the coordinated development of red education and ideological and political education,it is necessary to further the research on such aspects as red resources exploration,changes in the ideological and political education of rural cadres,and their integration strategies.
