Exploring Integration of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture into University English Smart Teaching Models
With the acceleration of globalization,university English education faces challenges to update its teaching contents and methods to better serve contemporary requirements.This study endeavors to address the issue that Chinese excellent traditional culture is not sufficiently integrated into university English teaching,and proposes an innovative teaching model which falls into three stages:before-class,in-class,and after-class,and serves multiple purposes like enriching teaching contents,improving current linguistic knowledge system,facilitating students'understanding of cultural differences between the East and the West,promoting students'cultural literacy and innovative thinking,and enhancing Chinese culture's international influence.Future research will apply further and continuously optimize this model to achieve broader educational goals and social impact.
