Research and Practice on Operation and Service of Big-Data-Based Teacher Training Platforms
With the rapid iteration of technology and the increasing diversification of teachers'continuing education needs,Guangzhou Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Continuing Education Network has taken the lead in integrating big data and AI technologies to build an efficient and low-cost online training system.However,existing platform operations face bottlenecks that limit the further release of service efficiency.This study addresses this issue,and makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems,then proposes an innovative"Four News"operation model:new system,new platform,new operation,and new standards.A service system is constructed,which features centeredness on users'needs,the platform's upgraded architecture,integration of cloud computing and microservices technology,thus learning communities are transformed to promote knowledge sharing and deep learning,and big-data-based training effectiveness evaluation and quality standards are established to quantify the training process and assess its results.Through continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms,the training contents and methods are continuously iterated and optimized to improve training efficiency and enhance user stickiness,setting a benchmark for the digital transformation of teachers'continuing education work.
