开放大学课程思政协同育人纾困路径研究

课程思政协同育人承载着"三全育人"教育理念的贯彻实施,是实现"立德树人"根本任务目标的主要载体,也是开放教育高质量发展的必然之路.开放大学课程思政协同育人面临的困境突出表现在主体、载体和环体三个维度,制约了协同效应的发挥.结合现实困境基于协作精神、大思政理念和以人为本思想,提出构建多元主体协同育人体系、五位一体的融学科多链路课程体系和全方位协同育人制度体系,形成相互支撑、协同共进育人氛围,提升思政育人水平.
Research on Approaches to Alleviating Difficulties in Collaborative Ideological and Political Education in Open Universities
The collaborative approach to ideological and political education embodies such a Three-Dimensional Education philosophy that it is the key to fulfilling the fundamental mission of cultivating students'virtues and nurturing students'talents,and an inevitable alternative for the open education to promote its high quality development.However,open universities are now facing difficulties in terms of their subject,pathways,and environment.To address these difficulties,this paper,in light of such concepts as collaboration,bigger ideological and political education,and the people-oriented philosophy,proposes the construction of a multi-subject collaborative education system,a five-in-one integrated multidisciplinary and multi-chain curriculum system,and a comprehensive collaborative education institutional system,serving the ends of developing a mutually supportive and collaborative culture,and promoting ideological and political education.
