Analysis of Approaches to Increasing University Teachers'Professional Quality from Perspective of Aesthetic Education Ability Improvement——Taking Music Education as an Example
Building a strong educational country necessitates university teachers'professional improvement,as they are a major force to promote the high-quality development of higher education in the new era.In this respect,teachers'aesthetic education ability is especially important in the practice of the three-dimensional education and five-education promotion policies in that it is an inevitable alternative to upgrade their own comprehensive personal qualities,facilitate their sense,perception,identification,discovery,creation,and conveyance of beauty in their teaching and research work,establish and maintain good teacher-student relationships,and help students to nurture their correct and high-quality aesthetic views and literacies.This paper takes music education as an example,and samples university teachers to elaborate specific strategies and paths for improving teachers'aesthetic education ability in their professional quality training,in an endeavor to innovate and optimize teacher training module,and provide academic references for furthering teachers'educational ability and their personal development.
