基于美育能力提升的高校教师职业素养培训路径探析——以音乐教育为例

高校教师是推动新时代高等教育高质量发展的核心力量,其自身具备良好的美育能力已成为建设教育强国背景下对其教育工作及自身发展的基本要求.在教师职业素养培训中,美育能力的培养显得尤为重要,其作为提升个人综合素质的重要环节,对于广大高校教师而言能够助力其在教研工作中感知美、识别美、发现美、创造美、传递美,有助于建立和维系良好的师生关系,引导学生树立正确的审美观和培育优质的审美素养,是新时代"三全育人""五育并举"教育政策的具体实践.本文将以高校教师群体为对象,以教师美育能力提升为主要目的,以音乐教育为例,探讨在教师职业素养培训中教师美育能力提升的具体策略与路径,从而创新和优化教师培训模块,为进一步强化高校教师育人能力和自身发展提供学术参考.
Analysis of Approaches to Increasing University Teachers'Professional Quality from Perspective of Aesthetic Education Ability Improvement——Taking Music Education as an Example
Building a strong educational country necessitates university teachers'professional improvement,as they are a major force to promote the high-quality development of higher education in the new era.In this respect,teachers'aesthetic education ability is especially important in the practice of the three-dimensional education and five-education promotion policies in that it is an inevitable alternative to upgrade their own comprehensive personal qualities,facilitate their sense,perception,identification,discovery,creation,and conveyance of beauty in their teaching and research work,establish and maintain good teacher-student relationships,and help students to nurture their correct and high-quality aesthetic views and literacies.This paper takes music education as an example,and samples university teachers to elaborate specific strategies and paths for improving teachers'aesthetic education ability in their professional quality training,in an endeavor to innovate and optimize teacher training module,and provide academic references for furthering teachers'educational ability and their personal development.
