Research on Approaches to Constructing Elderly Learning Communities
Elderly learning communities,which feature self-directedness,autonomously mutual assistance,and community-basedness,have become one of the most important approaches to developing elderly education,which is advocated as a national strategy to address the problem of population aging,and boasts many advantages to help solve such problems as insufficient resources supply,low participation rate,and effectively utilize the strengths of elderly human resources,as an important approach to elderly education.To promote the development and construction of elderly learning communities in the new era,this paper advances strategies like active-aging-concept-guidedness,enhancing capabilities of core members as a model,and community-focusedness.
