PP-木粉复合材料的加工性能研究

通过对PP-木粉复合材料原料的不同配方进行试验,制出各种不同加工条件下的复合材料。试验结果表明:随着木粉含量的增加,复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度均降低,而弯曲强度则升高;同比例的PP与木粉在不同的工艺条件下生产出复合材料的产品质量和力学性能不同,加工工艺条件对产品质量有着较明显的影响,为了保证塑化均匀,外观质量及提高复合材料的综合性能,宜取适中的加工条件。
The Mechanics Function Researches of the PP-wood Powder Composites
By the test of PP-wood powder composite materials of different formulations,composite materials under a variety of different processing were prepared.The experimental results showed that with the increase of the content of wood powder composite material,the impact strength and tensile strength were reduced and the bending strength was elevatory.The quality and mechanical properties of composite material produced from PP and wood powder at the same proportion under different process condition were different,and processing conditions had a more pronounced effect on the product quality.In order to ensure uniform plasticizing,exterior quality and improve the comprehensive performance of composite materials,it should take the moderate processing conditions.
