3D-BiOI花状微球的制备及其可见光光催化性能

通过混合溶剂热法成功的制备了三维(3D) BiOI花状微球。通过XRD、 SEM、 UV-vis对样品进行了表征,结果显示:样品是由二维纳米片组装而成的分等级微球,粒径1~2μm,表面具有明显的空隙。在以甲基橙为目标降解物的光催化试验中3D-BiOI表现了优异的催化性能,1 h内对100 mL,浓度为10-5 mol/L的甲基橙溶液的脱色率达到了98%。
Preparation and Visible Light Photocatalytic Activity of 3 D-BiOI Flows-Like Microspheres
Three-dimensional (3D) -BiOI microspheres were synthesized by a mixed solvothermal process.The catalysts were characterized using X -ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy ( UV-Vis DRS) , and photodegradation of methyl orange ( MO).The results showed that the 3D-BiOI hierarchical hollowsphere with an average diameter of ca.1.5 μm which composed two -diamensional nanoplatelets and its surface had many pores.The hierarchical 3 D -BiOI microspheres exhibited higher photocatalytic activity, after visible-light irradiation for 1 h, and the decolorization of an MO solution (100 mL, 10 -5 mol/L) was 98%.
