TLC法鉴别复方罗汉果止咳颗粒中的桔梗

摘要
检测了复方罗汉果止咳颗粒中桔梗。采用薄层色谱方法，以三氯甲烷-乙醚(1.5∶8.5)为展开剂，硅胶G为固定相，喷以10%的香草醛硫酸溶液，电吹风加热显色，日光下检视薄层斑点。结果表明：薄层色谱图中，样品溶液在与对照药材相应的位置上，显两个相同的浅紫色斑点。缺桔梗阴性样品无相同斑点。本法简便、准确，可用于复方罗汉果止咳颗粒中的桔梗的鉴别。
Abstract
The thin layer chromatography ( TLC) method for the determination of Platycodonis Radix in Fu Fang Luo Han Guo Zhi Ke Ke Li was established. The conditions of TLC were mobile phase∶trichloromethane-ether of 1. 5∶8. 5 and immobile phase∶silicone G, and the spots could be observed by light after response of substance to 10% vanillin in sulfuric acid. The methods can be used to qualitative of the Platycodonis Radix in Fu Fang Luo Han Guo Zhi Ke Ke Li accurately and quickly.
