摘要

初步研究了黄连提取物的掩味技术,考察了其包衣处方。以盐酸小檗碱的含量为含测指标对黄连的提取方法和溶剂的进行考察,确定最佳提取方法,并用包衣法对提取物进行掩味。结果表明:采用50%的乙醇回流提取,黄连提取物颗粒以丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ号:PEG6000:滑石粉=70:15:15,作为包衣液处方,掩味后口感良好,利于服用,且防湿性显著提高。该方法简便易行,操作性好,实用性强。

Abstract

To study the masking technology of Rhizoma chinensis extracts and investigate its coating prescription, the extraction method and solvent of berberine were studied by the content of berberine hydrochloride, and the best extraction method was determined, the extracts were masked by coating method. Results showed that with 50% ethanol reflux extraction, Rhizoma Coptidis extract granules with acrylic resinⅡ:PEG6000:talcum powder=70:15:15, as coating formulation, it tasted good after masking, was easy to take, and damp proof was improved significantly. This method is simple and practical.
