超声波辅助提取乌纠中总黄酮的工艺研究?

为科学合理利用苗药乌纠,利用超声波辅助提取技术提取乌纠中的总黄酮,并采用紫外可见分光光度法测定了苗药乌纠中总黄酮的含量,芦丁标准曲线为A=0.0133C+0.0042,标准曲线相关系数R=0.9983。在检测波长510 nm下,测得总黄酮含量为11.56 mg/g,平均回收率为99.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.60%(n=5),实验结果为今后苗药乌纠的科学利用和质量控制研究提供了依据。
Determination of Flavonoids from Miao Medicine Asplenium varians Wall. ex Hook. et Grev. with Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry
In order to scientific and reasonable use Asplenium varians Wall. ex Hook. et Grev. , ultrasonic-assisted was used to extract flavonoids in Asplenium varians Wall. ex Hook. et Grev. The concentration of flavonoids in Asplenium varians Wall. ex Hook. et Grev. was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The egression equation of rutin standard curve was A=0. 0133 C+0. 0042 , R=0. 9983 , the relative standard deviation was 0. 60% and the average recovery was 99. 7%, the detection of total flavonoids was at 510 nm wavelength and its level was 11. 56 mg/g ( n=5 ) , the results provided scientific basis for the utilization of Asplenium varians Wall. ex Hook. et Grev.
